Amy and Ben

Slackers

We have not posted anything new for awhile - sorry! Last week was pretty hectic for Ben. He has started waiting tables a few days a week during lunch. And on top of that, he had an orchestra gig last week with lots of rehearsals and then a school ensemble concert. I went to the CCM concert yesterday and enjoyed it very much!

I have not been up to too much. Mostly just doing some organizing at home, wasting time online, and cooking. This weekend I made a HUGE batch of pasta sauce to freeze. It was very delish! We froze most of it so we will always have some onhand. I also bought ingredients to make apple sauce. I'm looking forward to making & trying it. I always enjoy new recipes.

Ben & I are going to be purchasing some items from our china registry (hopefully) this week. We are so excited! We're going to get some pasta bowls and a few more cereal bowls. It is so fun to watch the set come together! We love having people over to entertain - and having an excuse to bring out our best serving stuff. We will be sure to post some pics of our fabulous china as soon as we get them!

Stay tuned...
